Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Weeks Left at year-progress-1am.pages.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Site.

What the service is

Weeks Left is a free, informational tool that displays how much of the current year has elapsed or remains, measured in days, weeks, or percent. It is a single static web page with no registration, no subscription, and no paid tiers.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may change the URL structure, the design, or the branding. We are not obliged to keep any particular feature available.

Accuracy and availability

Weeks Left is a convenience, not an authoritative timekeeping service. All calculations are performed in your browser using your device's clock, so the displayed figures depend on your device's date, time, and time zone settings being correct. We do not warrant that the figures are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

• Do not rely on the Site for legal deadlines, financial reporting, medical timing, or any other compliance-critical calculation.
• Verify anything important against a second source.
• The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted at any time, without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site, including through automated requests, scraping at a rate that degrades service, or denial-of-service traffic.
• Republish the Site as your own, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing commercial product without written permission.
• Remove or obscure copyright, attribution, or licensing notices.

Your content and conduct

The Site does not accept user-submitted content, so there is nothing for you to licence to us. If you send us feedback, a bug report, or other correspondence, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Site — for example by turning a report into a fix. We will not sell it or share it with anyone.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its name, design, layout, graphics, icons, text, and source code, is owned by its respective owner and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose, all rights are reserved.

You may link to the Site from anywhere. You may not copy substantial portions of it, reproduce it for commercial use, or create derivative works from its design without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Site is delivered through third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare Pages for hosting and content delivery and Google Fonts for one typeface. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third party.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weeks Left and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the Site should be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator of Weeks Left be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Weeks Left from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

Governing law
